There is no VDW selection in either of the class C races at Ayr.

I know I'm going to regret asking, but...

what is stoa and naos?

One quick guess:

Student Trawling Oracles Archives

to the

Newest Ancient Oracles Scribe

And I have ordered my uniform too... VDW Costume

No. 1 looks rather fetching I thought. Smile

    Temple Architecture
Stoa: (arch. Gk) a portico or roofed colonade on outside of building.
Naos: (Gk. antiq.) the inner part of a temple.

Darth Vader

My graduation to the inner sanctum has only been made possible by the blessings that have been bestowed by the higher power since showing my devotion to the force.

Fickle human though I am, should the blessings prove to be temporary, I am aware of the nearest fire exit!

I was planning to oppose Jonny, greg, even though I make him top on win prize money per win.

Have heard about the bug, yet found some of Flood's running well despite this.

Ahhhh... you mean spell as in 'cast a spell'. I thought you mean spell as in 'spell a name'. Ignore me.

Lost then did it? Racing didn't hold any interest for wizards today! Big Grin

Though this thread may be on its last legs, I have to admit that I learned a lot here.

In fact, today, my best winner on a bad, losing day for me, was Waterside.

No way I would have considered it but for doing the old prize money routine.

My speed fig methods were doing well at Southwell but I wasn't putting the money on.

I've found that with the better AW races ( £6 +) , the prize money approach works better than the speed figs.

So, in fairness, today's 10/1 winner was one I wouldn't have got without this thread.

Why did I still lose on the day? Well, I just did it to place on the Exchange. Dickhead or what?!?

Meanwhile, over on Flatstats, a switched on guy won a grand with a four horse place roll-up!

So, I've no excuse; didn't have the necessary bottle, that's all.
