"How you tried to set them free.
They did not listen, they're not listening still.
Perhaps they never will".

"Check your mirrors".

A reference to what the potential selection beat?

I feel Vincent is trying to pass on some wisdom before he leaves us. It can do no harm to listen.

"Check your mirrors".

I take that to mean what did the potential selection beat.

"Do not view collateral form as a whole".

What does that mean? Do not rely on the fact horse A beat horse B if you can see horse B wasn't trying or set in wrong conditions perhaps? Anyone else any thoughts? Or would Vincent explain more before going?

no i think he means not to trust collateral form but to check what has come behind your selection in its races and see what they done since, check to see what places and wins its races have produced

the more winners and placed horses come out of a race the form becomes worth more

Your hero worship of same is shall we say slightly out of touch with the character I knew.

"and Check your Mirrors. Not long now and I will be gone, you may then live in peace to search what is available"

Vincent you are an ego maniac/drama queen

Thank you

HELLO BOOZER

I do not hero worship Jock Bingham, but I do have repect for a fellow human being please try to understand that. If you feel I am talking down to you then I am sorry for that is not my intention, it certainly does not appear that way. I really do not understand your confusion, I have stated previously pertaining to the Mirrors, it seems others were able to pick up on that point. You could just ignore me instead of responding in a rather strange manner.

Boozer ?

THANK YOU

VINCENT

Vincent's contributions remind me of a mucumba ritual.

The witchdoctor prances about making lots of noise by shaking his rattle but quickly twirls away lest anyone should spy his expensive dental work.

His promise to soon disappear looks suspiciously like the reverse hatching process of an Ouzlum bird, and those ornithologists amongst us will be anxiously looking forward to this rarely witnessed contortion. Smile

A vague reference to some even vaguer authors answers nothing - much like most of your obscure and meaningless posturing. Wink

HELLO JOHN D

I preSume you have heard of google or do you require me to implement that task for you as well? Statist is very well known and one would have thought that a knowledgeable person as yourself would have no problem in establishing such a fact. Voegle is fairly well known as was picked up by Grundy. Although I will grant you the third title not as well known but not difficult to find. Within those three you have your evidence.

Regarding my previous mutterings others have picked up and I really do not see how plainer it could be laid out. You can also choose to ignore me.

I am also puzzled as to your own confusion.

THANK YOU

VINCENT

Hello Vincent

Boozer?

Simple explanation I had a glass of beer in my hand when I was thinking of a username.
Perhaps you think BOZO would have been more appropriate (dont all reply at once) Big Grin

Robert Maxwell was a fellow human being Vincent
Do you respect him?

Hi Les,

Yes, that makes sense. Thanks. And it ties up with what was discussed with Paul the other day too.

Thank you too, Vincent.

Rab

I didn't have a bet in the end, though I would probably have backed Miko De B if the ground hadn't dried out.

Les,

An old army mate of mine got the Military Medal for saving Captain Robert Maxwell's life during the war. Should I give him a good kicking for you next time I see him? Guns
