Of the above 4 selections none of them qualify for the following reasons;

SOUNDS LUCKY - trianer is 0/13 at this distance
THREAT - trainer is 1/15=6% in this Race Type
CHARGE - trainer is 0/5 in this class(11% overall) Jocky is 0/11 in h/c
TIMELESS FARRIER - trainer is 2/25 in h/c

If when you do your research later, could you give me any feedback on the above.

I'm trying to do the POINTS VALUE TABLE for the 4.55 at lingfield.
If i have a selections such as MARZELLE and TINA'S INDIAN that are in this race, but looking over their last 3 races it does not state which class they where in. What do i do?

your way ahead of me mate,not even had a look yet.
you have got two choices either go back to its 4th and 5th last run which was in britain or click on to the race (2nd last in france)and you will see the prize value at 3.5k.
personally i would ignore french form as it has little relevence to speedy lingfield.

soon i am going to post up a profile for each race type that is to say what type of horses you should be considering in different races.

the 2.55 @ Wolves
R Faheys horse has all the filters going for it against the forcast odds on shot of M Johnston but MJs horse is dropping from class A races (even though it showed poorish form) into a claimer.Would you oppose it.,

LING 2.35 HANDICAP CLASS E 3YO 6F
2-31 Night Cap (ex7) 4

As shown above max, NIGHT CAP as got ex7 after its name, as far as i know that is its penalty because of the race it won 4 days ago. But what do we do with it regards the weights when we are doing the points value table?

With regards to your past results for RED CHINA where did you get them from, I got mine from the RP on line and they state;

31Oct01 Yar 5Sft D 2y (4K) 3/6 4L, Dragon Flyer[16/1] 8-11 D Sweeney 69 46 64

22Oct01 Sth 6St D 2y (3K) 10/16 8L, Merely A Monarch[20/1] 8-5 D Sweeney

So as you can see from the above i make it 30k 40k 30k

also kis you should not try to work the 2yo race thats the 2oclock only 2 horses have ever seen a racecourse for the first time so you cant work on no form you can do the filters on train/jock plus the 80/20 but thats about all
some of these horses running today have never run on sand this type of going is not easy to adjust to if they have been running on turf so be wary check to see your selections have run on sand
if you look at the 3.45 you have a problem there there is little form to go on i hope im sending the right message perhaps max guidence on this would help
in fact i have filtered the train/jock as max said but on reflection i think it would have been better to filtered them using the aw stats what do you think max
also max i meant to bring this up before there is a flaw in the totting up points e:g in the 2.35 misbehavior last race was a 57k today is a 3k i know that you cant count it or i would not count it because he finished 26/30 this is meaningless i thought i should point this out because by reading tge messages in this thread i can see a few of the people are not use to reading the form

max i hope you dont mind but kis has said he up to stage 3 and wants to know what to do now so im going to try and help him
kis have you done the 80/20 on the train/jock
can you see any contradicts or support the course file having just said that i dont think there cwas any info on aw tracks so you should now have 2/3 sel for dutching but me i would now go to 5 furlongs internet and check your sel draw the 5 furlongs have a good draw charts for all distances at all the aw courses
some of the horses at ling if they got a bad draw you have already lost your money

FLO

with reference to the 2.00 i picked that because of the chat i had with max regarding racing soon after a recent run, nothing to do with max's filters, as stated in my post.

And regarding the 3.45 i know there is no form to go on, thats why i did'nt do the PVT just used the filters on all the runners and came up with those 3 selections.

FLO

Ok glad to of got that sorted, dont try to confuse me any more, as i'm confused enough.

Right do we now agree that RED CHINA is 30 40 30 and it all works out to = 100,

If so lets get on. right, looking at the

LING 3.10
The points value table as I make it;
ABSOLUTE FANTASY = 68
DEBBIE'S WARNING = 254
BLUSHING SPUR = -10
ILLUSIVE = 82
TIMELESS FARRIER = 68
CHARGE = 42
BARRANTES = 48
WARLINGHAM = 96
MISHKA = 38
SUSSEX LAD = 52
NIFTY MAJOR = 104
PHAROAH'S GOLD = 110
THREAT = 134
SOUNDS LUCKY = 46
None pass the filters,
The ones that pass STEP 3 are; CHARGE, THREAT and SOUNDS LUCKY.

So what we are supposed to do now is dutch the 2/3, in this case 3, that pass Step 3

i think this is getting a little complicated i have looked atlingfield tomorrow and to be honest the racing is terrible it looks like they are padding it out to keep us happy.
the maiden races at lingfield are terrible and i wont be having a go finding even a qualifier is proving difficult the 2.00 throughs up oh so rosy but on closer inspection fails on at least one point.the 2.30 tells me to back night cap i know it looks up against it with the points value but the top rated have not ran for 6 months and fail the filter anyway.a recent run is invaluable on the all weather and any horse no matter how classy who is not race fit will surely be found out here.the 3.10 had 4 passing the filter initially but only sounds lucky fits the bill for me,you have to go back to the 2000 season and look at the dist stats.i would be interested in backing this one e/w.school days in the 3.45 got me interested until i noticed fenton on board he has an appalling record at the course this year.of the others they all failed on at least one point.4.55 i looked at democracy but the fact it wasnt a distance winner put me off,the only other qualifier was double fare who showed promise until i realized she was a filly which is a no no around here.
which brings me to my only bet tomorrow in the 4.20 NAYYIR who could not have been more impressive on his debut beating a useful horse who went on to win a decent race last week.i am tempted to select this one only and not bother dutching such is my confidence behind it but the only other concievable danger has to be ATLANTIC QUEST allthough not running since january is a negative.
the r/p tissue quotes 15/8 nayyir and 11/4 atlantic quest and if i can get anything like that then my split will be 65/35 but if nayyirs price not as good as i hoped for then i will stake just enough on atlantic quest to get back stake and whatever is left on nayyir.

after looking at your recent posts i feel a little guilty in so much as it looks like i am taking the easy way out regarding my only bet tomorrow.
i will try to answer any questions but i am sure you can appreciate it is difficult communicating this way,ideally i need to sit down with you face to face and we would be able to straighten anything out but as this is not possible we will just have to soldier on.
the reason i have chosen the 4.20 is simply because it stacks the odds in my favour,sure i could probably come up with something more exciting but its the first day of a long week and after all its money i am out to make not a reputation.
as your points value table goes it looks ok to me,its the filter qualifiers that are thin on the ground.
max.
