York 2.05 Yajbill

I think Investor might dutch this with Newsround. I think of the short list of horses I have, Barrack Buster (Pun 3.00) will win (and is probably an Investor VDW sure thing - with maybe some blah about Fighter Pilot being a danger, just the odds stopping it being a bet).

Wolves (heaven forbid) 7.30 Camp Commander

I took no umbrage at the LOL, I do take umbrage at you alluding to me being a liar - I'll let you off off this time, the last person that called me a liar (after I'd sworn on my kid's lives) got a broken nose, and he was one of my best friends - still is and he apologised.

I'm Very sorry,It won't happen again.I wouldn't want you to break my nose,The next time you see me.I'm not going to have time today,I had a quick look but the central heating started to play up as well so not a good start to the day.I like the look of Yajbill but be careful with 2 y olds. There's a couple at bangor that are of interest,Namely Frontier and Shining light but i haven't had enough time so i'm going to give it a miss.I might have a go at wolves tonight. Smile

Hi Nofinepix,

"I asked a question regarding the last 2f regarding some horses that weren't mentioned by VDW,"

Yes, this is something that interests me as much as the prize money aspect, Nfp.

I remember, years ago, when I used to ring N Mordin daily, he often chatted about how they finished at the sharp end. It doen't appear to be anything new, but I was hoping to find in VDW that there was something I'd missed.

However, with never having read the books, and going on what has been said on here, it must be something that I cannot possibly imagine:

a) it is invisible. Well if it cannot be seen by watching racing, then I'm fked straightaway.

This rules out all 2nd hand data inc form, result, pictures, reports.

I've wracked my brains trying to guess what such a phenomenon could be. I've even thought of audible "signs", eg how the horses are breathing at the finish, but this too, has to be ruled out as it is something that could be reported. So I'm completely fked on this one.

The assumption, I'll make, therefore, is that, even though there is no vet alive in the world, who could spot this telltale factor , those few persons, who've read and understood the writings of VDW, can clearly see this "common denominator" but, of course, they're not allowed to tell any fker what it is.

Powerful stuff, to say the very least! I suppose it's not a bit of wonder that the British Premier can see WMDs where no one else can. Perhaps he was a student of VDW?

I'm fkd if I know! All clever stuff, I'm sure.
