Seanrua -

on the other hand maybe we should pull the rug from under you - and charge you 6 pts Big Grin

No - I still think it is 1pt per race Smile

No, I've got to take it on the chin, TC.

I'm 6 down.

Funnily enough, the winner was way top on OR, and may even have scraped in as a near VDW selection, imo!

I like Brendan Powell, though he's cost me 6 pts here.

" Tida' Apa!"

My earning bet today was Emerald Lodge, which just got me out of jail.

Epi,

Not wishing to make myself look anymore of a pillock than I already am, but I'm going to anyway. I think you missed my loser from yesterday (day before now) Corsican Native, which would make me (before today's loser Frown) 3/9 33% -0.93 - I think. Plain forgot to add my Irish selection which bloody well won, hohum.

Just a shame I can't count Colca Canyon in my reply to Investor - now why could I do it for that race, but not the ones I've put up? F**ked if I know.

Investor - put a race up, please.

Investor,

I think the problem might well be one of focus. When Ectoo put up the QE II and Cumberland races I took them apart and really looked - with reasonable results. I did look at the Arc, but couldn't see anything.

I mainly look at the races that vdw advocated i.e At the principal meeting i will look mainly at the 2 highest penalty value races but sometimes others may show up.And then i will look at the highest penalty value race from the other meetings. All the races i look at are looked at thoroughly because obviously the higher the class of race the better the horse and you know they are going to be trying for the prize.

I notice that again today you have plumped for Sardagna,And agian i can see where your coming from,But the same as yesterday mate,Think about this.Is the horse proven with that weight.I think you may already know the answer,Don't take chances mate,All you'll do in tthe long run is lose.

Here we go, and I'm taking chances and liberties!

400 Newmarket ( Oct 14)

PARADISE ISLE
RUBY ROCKET
RINGMOOR DOWN

1pt EW on each = 6, or 0.16 pt * 6

I hope yo prove me wrong with your next selection,But just bear in mind what i have said. They lose a lot more often than they win. This was seen with Jib's selection Island stream even in a 4 runner event. Smile
