Translation -

Davey is a nutcase who wasted Peaches time. He wanted to pinch the VDW letters, and put them all together in a single book.

-

Peach knows Evans.-

Evans was a big fan of VDW at the time, and was given a lot of space in Raceform Update to express his views on the subject. - (I have seen copies of these articles, indeed I may have forwarded them to BC.)

His thinking these days is still heavily biased towards VDW - but he has changed from the original dogma.

-

Peach recalls his telephone conversations with VDW, and remembers him as a man getting on in years.

-

On balance, I think that Evans did not write the original letters, but that he is still "Milking the Cow"

Wink

tc

no I did not sighn on as tc in the other place. Think maybe that it's just that you are using a different door to the one that I can't open.

I put up Trabolgan before the race last Sat & Alan B & his cohorts accused me of merely putting up a selection without any explanation.
That was my wrist feckin slapped then.

Chuffed to bits you're okay JIB - always liked your posts.

TC - if Toulouse Lautrec runs tomorrow I'd be very surprised. And if I was not on holiday and it did run I'd lay it - running 4 miles carrying top weight one day on soft, then travelling from Exeter to Sandown and running over 3.5 miles the next day on heavy (and then some)...

Mr Massey needs to tweak his software. Wink

Thank you for posting his ratings in Fineform - very eye opening.

Walter - you need to smack the Penguin a little harder! I missed fourteen 10/1 plus winners, but I did better your score. Roll Eyes
