Notice on another board you are starting to get the idea. Looking for recent form is good, but not quite as good as looking for consistent form. Don't you think the american punters look for consistency backed up with ability? Not into their racing but the once I did look at it to back Ouija Board. I did notice the winner of the big race on the day fulfilled the VDW requirements to a tee, or how I look at them. Suppose that was a one off.

i could ask the same question as to why some of you feel the need to look at the new vdw forum.I enjoy the subject and i also used to enjoy this forum and will always look in to see if people like lee have any new contributions.If i see my name mentioned i WILL respond either politely or abusively depending on the tone of the post that is aimed at me.

VDW said the ability rating was a quick easy way of judging ability. He didn't say it was the only way or even the best way. If you need to make the dangers out of form to fit your way of thinking fair enough. It isn't what VDW said, he said the other ratings had PK well out of it. I found a way of making PK well out of it and that way also finds the selections in the next 12 or so examples. This has nothing to do with making horses that could be the danger out of form, it shows the selection as being the best horse in the race. It takes the form of ALL the consistent horse and does away with the need to throw out horses, a much safer way of working. You keep on about Frenchman's Creek, when I posted that selection I did say I was worried about the course. In his next run he ran on a more suitable course and was placed at a good price.
