Dobbin No.7; Lee & Dobbins, high SR..
Too powerful for me.

Anyway, back to reality:

Swish had big computer probs and could only reply when he went to the library to use the PC there.

I thought he was a valuable member, and nearly brought his name up in the recent forum turmoil, but decided it wouldn't help matters.
Anyway, that's all in the past now, so I'll send a message to Swish. He has health probs, so I hope he's OK.

Those track categories are interesting. Somehow my punting is better ( not as bad) at the original Group One tracks ( 1970s).
I must be stuck in a time warp.

Pitmatic & Boozer Cheers,
Id been looking at a 2nd numerical picture ratings procedure put up by Barrison on the other vdw board, but did`nt have the course classification to complete things.

The points system was based on:

(a) The class of racecourse the horse had ran at lto.

(b) The class of race lto i.e. (A1=55pts) (A2=50pts) (Listed=40pts) e.t.c.

(c) Also points awarded for penalty value lto.

There was a thread on General Discussion in which Honcho and I posted course classes, if you can find it using the search facility they might be worth comparing.

Yes, that's useful info, thanks.

Btw, SE, I had the same problem when trying to reach Swish.

I expect he'll get in touch when he gets sorted.

Quote by Investor at 6.31am today;
"But from a vdw perspective i like the look of these horses. The dodgy one being Quazar but you never know".

Further quote at 4.55pm.

"Quazar was found using the same criteria that pointed towards Colourful Life.many would have left this horse but although finishing 7th lto he was on the boil and imo would have been taken"

And still they soak it up! Big Grin Big Grin

if you cannot see what was evident in Quazar then you are as blind as the preverbiable bat.I note that you failed to mention Tartouche,I wonder why.And finally,You will NEVER know. That is why you continue to peddle your bollocks on a thread that is defunct of knowledge in vdw's methods.Oh and 2 from 3 beats the shit out of 4 from millions.Wether they were mentions or they were backed.
