Id been looking at TGYOVDW today page 35 and wondered why VDW had asked us to consider the following I.E. the Diamond Edge race.
Thereafter: On the same card the only other horses that met all the requirements were Crown Matrimonial won 5/2 and Parkhouse won 3/1.
Modest prices on the day, but consider January 7th, Leicester 1-15 Ascenia won 7/1. All of these were in my view racing certainties and there are many more at better odds.

Diamond Edge looked a good bet,no matter how you looked at it,but Ascenia doesn't look so straightforward.

That`s the problem with VDW Pipedreamer when you think you`ve made a wee breakthrough 2 or 3 bets later your back to the drawing board.
Anyway Idle Power was available at a decent price 8.0 & 2.80 a minute or two ago win & place in the feature race at Kempton 8.45 this evening so ive gone in with a wee bet on that one today.
Im not sure if the draw is ideal for the horse maybe that`s why he`s a much bigger price than expected but he has a chance in here if he`s on his game.

The winner was drawn 12 of 12 but Idle Power ran on well to take 2nd from stall 2.
Not a bad return for the place at 2.8 to go along with last nights winner Malapropism.
