JIB,

ITs possibly me, the T**T. Or it could be you who is most pleased at my foible.

On balance yes its you who are most pleased, give you a little something for you to wheedle away at eh? Please correct any english mistakes in the ABOVE. I have promised myself when I achieve 10 bets per year that I will resit my english CSE.

Imp.

from the three races in 1979, I doubt if there is anyone here on this forum, who could with any confidence, even determin in which race of the three he was a "good thing".

Jib, your comment on the above would be welcome, is it condescending, insulting, argumentative or some other.

Please OMIT constructive from any observation you may make as it cant possibly be that.

Barney,

I have no anxiousness to rake about in the dung of your past contributions, for if it is amusement I seek then I fear there will be little need for such archeology once the wealth of your new material appears.

And as far as I am concerned, since it appears you have returned uninvited, that does not mean that there have been any changes to the practices I refuse to condone. To be brief that means that you are unlikely to get away with the dubious content that has been the previous hallmark of your contributions.

However if you have, as you claim, turned over a new leaf, and your posts are serious endeavours intended to benefit the forum as a whole then their sincerity will be apparent and our response suitably grateful and as a result your blushes will be spared.

If however you return to your previous form I fear you will regret not paying your ten pounds subscription to the other place with its less demanding palette.

GOOD FOR YOU!

PKBoy,
Strange that you should mention Pragmatic,if it is race no 650,then an interesting conundrum is thrown up with the consistent? Obraztsovy,a horse who is not easily dismissed.

Would it be fair comment to say that Pragmatic was class/form?

Some may know who pkboy is, for those who dont you may have read some of my other stuff in various places which was posted as Vanman and Barney.

NOw I know won or tu will be spluttering in their cornflakes or quickly penning a long verse when a couple of words will do.

But hey, do you want to move FORWARD or what?

pkboy,

I would have thought the very least you could do was publicly apologies to JIB, before burying the hatchet - goodness knows where.

If JIB does forgive and forget without an apology then maybe he is Jesus In Brasil.

Having said that maybe Jesus is what VDW needs.

I don't know the answers, I now care less what the answers are. Nessies software and staking have made me far more, day in and day out, than VDW ever will, even if I crack it - with no form reading or anything, in fact a complete no brainer that makes money. Some good ideas in VDW, but nothing you won't read anywhere else.

Shit, I'm posting in the time vortex again. Moth, flame - bugger.

By the way - I don't know you from Adam.

I get the feeling I like it that way - nothing personal and no offence meant.

TC, NFP, or any others who anachronistically feel that being a gentleman is as important as life itself.

Being the subject of vituperative abuse is never pleasant but its measure is weighted by the moral authority of its author.

When done face to face, your enemies' courage generates respect, for if when asked to repeat his opinions looking down the barrel of your .38 he will spit at you to go and 'eff' yourself, it only remains for you signal your self-respect by dispatching the unhappy fellow to a better world.

Should he grovel and try to worm a way out of his predicament, it has been my experience that a bystander will be so outraged by such a demonstration of gutless self interest, that he will put an immediate end to such an unsightly spectacle.

However it is now a few years since I lived by such a code, and in the mollycoddled welfare state of the present UK, such personal responsability is vehemently discouraged and I suppose it is fair to say that those who can live without honour are best punnished by being denied the right to the dignity of enjoying the consequences of their actions.

I detest all forms of censorship, have never asked, nor will I ever ask, for anyone to be banned or remain banned. As such I leave it to Barney to decide how he wishes to proceed but in no way does that mean that I will feel constrained to condone by silence the very ills I allow to be expressed.

Shores of the Acheron

Pipedreamer Lives,

Regarding 650 then we have a right can of worms on our hands, Obzerwhatsit cant be out of form, its just won cant be inconsistent?(5), highest ability and highest race class last time out, best topseed figure and highest OR of the horses and is now dropping in class. course and distance winner to boot.
